Shipping Policy

Last updated: 25 August 2026

yourCA is a professional services organisation providing accounting, tax, company secretarial, financial reporting, payroll, advisory and related professional services.

As our services are primarily delivered electronically, yourCA does not ordinarily ship physical products or goods.

1. Electronic Delivery of Services

Documents, reports, financial statements, tax-related documentation, confirmations and other professional work products will generally be delivered electronically by one or more of the following methods:

  • email;
  • secure electronic file sharing;
  • accounting or document management software;
  • online portals;
  • SARS eFiling;
  • CIPC systems; or
  • another appropriate electronic platform.

No shipping or delivery fee applies to normal electronic delivery.

2. Processing and Completion Times

The time required to complete and deliver a service depends on:

  • the specific service purchased;
  • the complexity of the engagement;
  • whether all required information and supporting documentation have been received;
  • client response times; and
  • processing times of SARS, CIPC, banks, regulatory authorities or other third parties.

Any estimated turnaround time provided by yourCA is an estimate only unless a specific completion date has been expressly agreed in writing.

yourCA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by SARS, CIPC, regulatory authorities, banks, system outages or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Client Information and Documentation

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate and timely information and documentation required for the performance of the service.

Delivery or completion of a service may be delayed where the required information or documents have not been provided.

4. Submission to Regulatory Authorities

Where the service includes the preparation and submission of documents, returns, registrations or applications to SARS, CIPC or another regulatory authority, the service may be regarded as delivered once yourCA has completed and submitted the relevant documentation in accordance with the agreed scope.

Any subsequent approval, registration, assessment, processing or response by the relevant authority remains subject to that authority's own procedures and processing times.

5. Physical Documents

Where an original or physical document is required, yourCA may arrange collection, delivery or courier services where appropriate.

Any courier, postage or delivery costs will be communicated to the client and may be charged separately.

Physical delivery arrangements will be made directly with the client and are not included in the standard online service fee unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Incorrect Contact Details

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the email address, telephone number and other contact information supplied to yourCA are correct.

yourCA will not be responsible for failed or delayed electronic delivery caused by incorrect or outdated contact details supplied by the client.

7. No Physical Products

Unless specifically stated otherwise on our website or agreed separately in writing, purchases made through the yourCA website relate exclusively to professional services and do not involve the shipment of physical goods.

Accordingly, conventional shipping periods, shipping rates and product tracking do not apply.
